Role Summary
DE9MICS CONSULTS is seeking a Social Media Manager who can manage, grow, and improve our online presence across platforms. The goal is to increase brand visibility, engagement, leads, course registrations, and community trust.
Key Responsibilities
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for:
Managing DE9MICS CONSULTS’ social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and WhatsApp channels/groups.
Creating and managing a weekly/monthly content calendar.
Writing captions, hashtags, hooks, and calls-to-action for posts.
Posting consistently across all platforms at the right times.
Promoting training programs, tech courses, webinars, masterclasses, events, and company services.
Responding to comments, messages, inquiries, and leads professionally.
Growing followers, engagement, and visibility through organic strategies.
Working with the graphics designer to request and coordinate designs.
Creating short-form content ideas for reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn posts.
Tracking performance using insights/analytics and reporting what is working.
Generating leads from social media for DE9MICS CONSULTS training programs and consulting services.
Maintaining a professional brand voice across all platforms.
Required Skills
The ideal candidate should have:
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and WhatsApp marketing.
Excellent writing skills for captions, announcements, promotional posts, and engagement content.
Basic knowledge of content strategy, hashtags, trends, and audience engagement.
Ability to create content calendars and plan campaigns.
Good understanding of tech, training, education, Microsoft 365, cloud, cybersecurity, or willingness to learn.
Ability to work with deadlines and post consistently.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn analytics, or scheduling tools is an advantage.
